Job Requirements & Qualifications Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school. Specialty: Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited postgraduate residency program. Licensure: Active (or eligible to obtain) Dental License in Idaho and/or Washington . Certifications: BLS/PALS certification. Mindset: A genuine passion for pediatric oral health, excellent bedside manner, and a "kid-first" communication style. This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
