Senior Product Owner

Senior Product Owner (Technical) to lead the development and modernization of the Item Processing Vision IP application (Check Imaging Deposits). This role requires close collaboration with Technology, Business, Risk, Finance, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to define requirements and drive delivery. Responsibilities Define, prioritize, and manage product roadmap for Item Processing modernization. Partner with IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other business units to align strategies. Lead backlog management and SAFe/Agile ceremonies. Provide transparency and communication across stakeholders. Make product decisions balancing compliance, risk, optimization, and growth. Support all phases of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment). Engage in usability testing, validation, and third-party vendor management. Monitor industry trends and represent the bank at forums/conferences. Advocate for SAFe methodologies and continuous product improvement. Must Have Skills 5+ years of product or technical experience. Strong Agile communication and project delivery skills. IT problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office. Nice to Have Skills Change leadership experience. Familiarity with ALM tools (Agility, Jira, Quality Center, etc.). Financial industry background, FIS knowledge, or Item Processing experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of relevant experience in product management or technical leadership. Strong communication, stakeholder management , and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
