*Anesthesia openings in Richmond, Indiana * - Practice is located 30 miles from Dayton, Ohio & 70 miles from both Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent
• Hospital employed position
• Practice philosophy based on teamwork and equality
• Join group of 10 cardiologists and 6 Nurse practitioners
• Primary call 1:8
• Main campus includes: inpatient/mother baby unit, inpatient and outpatient surgery
• Independent contractor model (1099)
• Epic EMR
• 14 Operating rooms
• Inpatient/Outpatient ASA with opportunity
• Surgery Center
• No neurosurgery
• No CRNAs or supervision
• The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks.
• 221 bed level 3 trauma center
• Hybrid compensation model with daily base rate and production component allowing for high income potential.
• There is income/vacation parity from day 1.
