As a Research Scientist at ICON, you will lead and conduct scientific research aimed at advancing clinical trials and developing innovative therapies. What You Will Do: You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include: Designing and leading scientific research projects, including clinical trials, in accordance with regulatory standards and study protocols. Conducting data analysis, interpreting results, and generating scientific reports to inform the development of new treatments and therapies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, clinical teams, and regulatory experts, to ensure the success of research projects. Maintaining accurate documentation of research activities and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines. Publishing research findings in scientific journals and presenting at industry conferences to advance the knowledge base in clinical research. Your Profile: You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant scientific field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or clinical research. Experience in conducting research within the clinical or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of managing scientific projects. Strong analytical skills and expertise in data interpretation and statistical analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the strategic direction of research initiatives. Salary range: - Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.
