Hands-on Platform PM for Agentic Healthcare AI

American IT Systems is seeking a Builder PM in New York City to lead the development of agentic AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of hands-on experience in product management or as a founder, with a preference for candidates who have healthcare product experience. This role requires owning the full development lifecycle and working collaboratively with engineers and healthcare providers.
