Software Engineering Manager

dynaConnections is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams that build mission-critical SaaS infrastructure for the MLS and real estate industry.
Our platform, connectMLS, powers real-time data, search, and workflows used nationwide. This is a leadership role where your impact will directly influence product quality, system reliability, and business outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor developers and QA engineers across multiple Agile teams.
- Drive predictable delivery, high-quality releases, and engineering accountability.
- Improve development processes, reduce technical debt, and elevate engineering standards.
- Partner with Product, Release, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
- Own team performance, hiring, and career development.
- Function as an escalation point for delivery risks and production issues.
- Developing talent and excelling in recruiting the right people.
- Constantly improving engineering processes and tools.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in leadership.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Experience in SaaS environments with high availability and scalability requirements.
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve delivery metrics, and scale engineering processes.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern architecture.
- Experience in improving engineering process maturity in growing organizations.
- Experience in distributed systems or modular monolith architecture.
