General Manager

DESCRIPTION The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the bakery, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role recruits, develops, and retains employees while ensuring all brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies are consistently met. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
- Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
- Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
- Various other tasks as needed

- Previous experience as a restaurant manager
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Great leadership skills
