About the Role:
Join Tender Care Learning Academy L as our Lead Infant Teacher and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our youngest learners! We are looking for a passionate and nurturing individual who can create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for infants in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes growth and development.
• Observe and assess children's progress and development regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Background checks and clearances as required by state regulations.
