We are seeking a sharp, hands-on Events and Venue Manager to drive sales and lead execution for a premier, historic multi-use event space in Brevard, NC .
In this role, the ideal candidate will own the entire client experience —from the initial tour and contract negotiation to day-of coordination for weddings, corporate functions, and community events.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in venue management, hotel catering/banquets, upscale restaurant management, or high-volume event planning.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing event profitability.
- Solid back-of-house and vendor management fluency (catering, rentals, audio/visual).
- Exceptional communication skills and a hospitality-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule , including evenings and weekends based on event bookings.
