Job Overview:

TEKsystems is hiring Spotters / Helpers to support technicians working on boom lifts and scissor lifts. You will be on the ground helping keep the team safe and assisting with basic job site tasks.

This role is a great fit for someone with a construction, general labor, or trades background who wants to get into telecom work

• Watch and guide technicians working on lifts to keep them safe
• Communicate clearly with lift operators about surroundings and hazards
• Help move materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with basic tasks like pulling cable (Cat6) and site cleanup
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• Follow all safety rules

• Experience in construction, general labor, or a trade (required)
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Willing to work outdoors and on your feet
• Comfortable working around lifts and heights
• Team player with a good attitude

• Experience working around boom lifts or scissor lifts
• Basic cabling knowledge (Cat6)
• OSHA certification

• Strong work ethic

This is a Contract position based out of Gallatin, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Gallatin,TN.
