About the Role: The Packaging Associate supports the cracker packaging process by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe production environment. You will add value by performing the following duties, including but not limited to: Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment Perform quality checks and complete required reports Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety, food safety, and company procedures Assist with other production duties as assigned Important Details: 8 hour shifts Monday to Sunday on 2nds (2:45pm to 11pm) or 3rds (10:45pm to 7am) Starting Wages: $20.46 - $23.75/hour plus a $.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts Top out at 1 year: $21.02 - $24.43/hour plus a $.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts About You: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to frequently push, pull, reach, and stand throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and reliability Previous manufacturing or food production experience is an asset Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
