This onsite contract assignment will have you working directly with students in the South San Jose area, helping them build essential communication skills and reach their full academic and personal potential. Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Possess a valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing Language, Speech, & Hearing services or a California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
• Maintain an active California Speech-Language Pathology license
• SLP-CCC certification, with prior school-based experience preferred
• Able to commit to an onsite-only role (no virtual or hybrid options)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student performance and therapy outcomes
• Provide guidance and strategies to teachers and caregivers for supporting students’ communication needs
