You'll collaborate closely with a diverse group of professionals, including physicians, social workers, and other therapists, ensuring integrated and coordinated care for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use histories and associated mental health conditions, developing an understanding of their needs. \n
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address not only addiction but the underlying mental health issues that may exacerbate substance use symptoms. \n
- Facilitate a variety of therapeutic interventions, including both individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to meet each client's unique needs. \n
- Regularly collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of a client's care are harmonized, enhancing treatment effectiveness. \n
- Provide education and support to clients’ families, ensuring they are informed participants in the recovery process, which can significantly enhance outcomes. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards. \n
You will work primarily with adults and adolescents struggling with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, making cultural competence and sensitivity critical components of effective treatment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD is required to practice. \n
- A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential. \n
- Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable. \n

- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Proven therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to effectively motivate clients on their recovery journeys. \n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and credentials.
