Ophthalmologist Opportunity In Chicago, Il

A prestigious and well-established ophthalmology practice in Chicago, IL is seeking an ophthalmologist to join their dynamic team. With multiple locations and a strong reputation for excellence, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-volume, well-supported role with exceptional earning potential.

Position Highlights:

Competitive base salary: $200,000 negotiable based on experience + bonus based on collections
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
High patient volume:
- Chicago location ~30 patients/day
- Oak Lawn location 35-40 patients/day (busiest location)
Surgical cases available
Multiple office locations
Support staff: 2-3 providers per site, plus full support staff (3-4 exam rooms per provider)
EMR system: NextTech

Additional Benefits:

Diverse patient base: heavy Hispanic population (Spanish-speaking is a plus)
Primarily Medicare patients
No new grads experienced physicians preferred

Ideal Candidate:

Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist
Strong interest in surgical cases (preferred but not required)
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
