Licensed Practical Nurse 3-11, 11-7

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at St Luke Portage Lakes in Akron, OH. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor patient vital signs, assess vital functions, and report any changes to the nursing staff
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio
