Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 350 Number of Staff – Type of staff: CM and SW with SNF coordinator Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - NA Patient Ratios – 25/1 Type of equipment - NA EMR – Meditech and Midas Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. CM acute experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
