Distribution Center Specialist / Material Handler

Job Description

Our client seeks a Distribution Center Specialist /Material Handler to focus on receiving goods, picking parts, and packing outbound orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking Orders: Review pick tickets or digital orders to select parts and material accurately.
Packing and Shipping: Pack, label, and stage outbound orders to ensure timely and safe dispatch.
Receiving and Storing: Unload inbound shipments, inspect items for damage, and store inventory in designated locations.
Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain organized, safe warehouse areas.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Ability: Capability to stand, stoop, reach, and lift- up to 50 pounds.
Equipment: Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment is a plus.
