Job Description
Title: Nursing - Long Term Care

Schedule: Varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: No guarantee of hours

Requirements:
- Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and treatments.
- Administer medications and notify healthcare providers of relevant information.
- Assist with admitting and discharging patients.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Manage care for gastrostomy tubes, urinary catheters, and tracheostomy patients.
- Provide nebulized treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must arrive the Thursday before the start to attend the employee health appointment on Friday.
