Market Store Operations Lead (Inventory & People)

Dollar General in Brunswick, OH is seeking an Assistant Market Store Manager to oversee Non-Perishable Food and General Merchandise operations under the Store Manager. You will lead staff, manage inventory, maintain appealing displays, ensure safety and food-handling compliance, and protect company assets through SOPs.
This role requires hands-on supervision, scheduling coverage, training, performance feedback, and collaboration with vendors to deliver value to customers.
