Your future role at a glance Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Facility: Ascension Medical Group Department: Brain and Spine Schedule: Day shift | Full-time Salary range: $20.63 - $27.65 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Efficiently room patients and record vital signs. Scan, abstract, and upload clinical results into patient records. Assist providers with procedures. Travel to Hoffman Estates weekly. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Healthcare Association (NHA) or American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) also accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need Prior medical assistant experience.
