As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee access badges to ensure security protocols are followed.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
  Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize digital tools effectively for daily tasks.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)
  Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience in a professional setting.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document incidents, irregular conditions, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
