Responsibilities: • • Assist loan officers in managing and processing loan applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on loan status. • Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing. • Maintain organized and detailed records of loan files, adhering to data security protocols. • Support loan officers in preparing and reviewing loan documents for compliance and accuracy. • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and drive future business. • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan applications to ensure seamless processing and approval.
