Mental Health Outpatient Therapist

Health Connect America, Inc. seeks a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. Using evidence‑based practices, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of behavioral and mental health conditions, develop person‑centered treatment plans, and coordinate care with schools, community partners, and other providers. You will maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, uphold ethical and regulatory standards, and contribute to a compassionate, mission‑driven culture focused on accessible, community‑based care and positive client outcomes.
