Lead Therapist
Continuum Therapy Partners brings a therapist-led approach to scale. We are currently looking for Speech-Language Pathologists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective.
$8,000 Sign On BonusLead Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Deliver skilled therapy services within the scope of licensure (PT, PTA, OTA, COTA) in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care
- Assist the DOR or RVP with daily therapy operations, acting as the point of contact in their absence.
- Collaborate on clinical program development to meet patient needs and facility goals.
- Foster positive working relationships with facility nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary team (IDT) members.
