Overview

Seeking a customer-focused associate to assist customers in the loading area, maintain shopping carts and supplies throughout the store, and support various customer service functions.

Job Description

• Assist customers with loading and unloading purchases
• Maintain cart availability and shopping supplies throughout the store
• Keep loading and customer service areas clean and organized
• Monitor equipment and report safety or technology issues
• Support order pickup, returns, exchanges, and merchandise handout services
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service

Required Skills

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
