Help us drive growth, maintain high-quality standards, and achieve outstanding results as a Renewal Underwriting Manager.The Renewal Underwriting Manager will work from our Atlanta, GA office.ResponsibilitiesLeadership Excellence: Lead and inspire the renewal underwriting team to excel in productivity, workflow, and quality, both internally and externally.Team Development: Provide ongoing performance management, feedback, coaching, development, and mentorship to direct reports.Performance Assessment: Develop monthly service assessments and benchmark the team's performance. Conduct annual performance evaluations and communicate performance goals in a timely manner.Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality metrics to ensure accuracy and retention of the renewal book. Recommend enhancements or new measures to sustain quality and service standards.Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between management, underwriting staff, and the renewal underwriting team to assess staff needs, skills, and opportunities. Foster positive working relationships and communication.RequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred.4-6 years of direct renewal underwriting experience in binding operations or carrier underwriting in commercial P&C operations.5+ years of experience in underwriting team leadership or management within commercial P&C operations.Demonstrated history of supporting, mentoring, or coaching team members and participating in strategic project implementation support initiatives.Want the opportunity to build something new?
