Very Busy Family Owned Independent FULL Service Agency seeks motivated and Results driven Service Reps to join our expanding team. Our Agency has access to over 100 companies offering ALL forms of Insurance and Retirement Planning Products for Small Business, PERSONAL and Commercial Accounts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support by actively listening and responding to customer inquiries and concerns. Your role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will assist customers by addressing -answering questions, and processing requests efficiently and courteously. Licensed Agents will cross sell products based on Customer needs and will receive additional income . We prefer Experienced Licensed REPS who want to increase their income by cross-selling our book of Business, However an opportunity for an exceptional Unlicensed candidate with the right experience is possible, and will be required to attain a NJ Insurance License, thereafter You will leverage your knowledge of the Insurance market and use your exceptional communication skills to build relationships with clients and guide them through the insurance selection process. The ideal candidates will continue to improve their skills through continuing education to improve insurance sales, benefits administration, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Our Senior Partner is a Licensed Investment Broker, Investment Banker, Former Wire House Branch/Sales Manager and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with over 45-year experience. Our Head of Commercial Insurance was a former underwriter at Saint Paul/Travelers and has 43 years of experience.
