Impactful Juvenile Detention Case Manager

Crossroads Community Services Board is seeking a Juvenile Detention Case Manager to provide case management services to youth with mental health, emotional, and/or addiction disorders at the Piedmont Regional Juvenile Detention Center. The role includes clinical assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and coordinating with families, detention staff, and other providers to ensure integrated care.
