Minimum Requirements

\n

\n
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
\n
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• CPR required.
\n
• Mandatory reporter required.
\n
• Driver's License required.
\n
• Work history/resume required.
\n
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required.
\n
• License verification required.
\n
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission.
\n
• Must not have been an employee of the facility system within the last 12 months.
\n
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license.
\n

• Shift hours: 0800.
\n
• Schedule options include 5x8, with 4x10 possible.
\n
• Weekend requirement is voluntary.
\n
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
\n
