Summary We are hiring an Insurance Verification Clerk to verify patient insurance coverage, enter accurate information, ensure procedures are authorized, support billing, coding, and follow‑up, and manage the full accounts payable process. Responsibilities Verify patient insurance coverage and ensure complete and correct data entry. Coordinate with patients, providers, and insurers regarding coverage and authorization. Support billing and coding operations as required. Manage the full accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments. Maintain detailed records and maintain accuracy in all documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred. Willingness to learn and perform basic Accounts Payable functions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with EMR and patient access software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
