Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Responsibilities:Payroll & Tax Compliance Manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure timely, accurate payments. Ensure full compliance with federal and state tax laws. Prepare and file tax documents (sales tax, corporate income tax, etc.). Inventory & Cost Control Maintain accurate inventory records and valuation. Implement internal controls for stock and inventory reconciliation. Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams on inventory transactions. Imports & International Cost Accounting Track import costs (duties, tariffs, freight, insurance). Ensure accurate landed cost tracking with logistics and procurement. Support customs compliance and international transaction reconciliation. Project & Management Accounting Monitor financial performance of projects and initiatives. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. Participate in month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Experience with payroll systems, tax filings, and cost accounting. Proficiency in ERP Systems like NetSuite Oracle Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
