Job Details Level: Entry Location: Aspire Inc – ABERDEEN, SD 57401 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour Schedule & Hours You will work a Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, or a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for a 12 or 13 hour shift. • 6306 – Thursday & Friday 6am‑7pm, & Saturday 8am‑7pm
• 6308 – Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 8am‑9pm
• 6315 – Tuesday & Wednesday 6am‑7pm, & Thursday 9am‑9pm
• 6410 – Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 7am‑7pm
• 6504 – Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 8am‑9pm
• 6505 – Thursday & Friday 6am‑7pm, & Saturday 8am‑7pm

Compensation Standard hourly wage: $20.00 per hour for Monday 12:00am – Friday 11:59pm. Premium hourly wage: $30.00 per hour for weekend hours (Saturday 12:00am – Sunday 11:59pm). Average hourly wage: $23.33. Student loan forgiveness, paid training, mileage reimbursement at current rate, free hot meal (location dependent) Qualifications Minimum of High School diploma or GED At least 18 years of age Basic fluency in oral and written English Must successfully complete and maintain Medication Administration training certification Ability to stand up to 2 hours while administering medications Ability to provide medication to individuals who are not willing or able to receive medication in the designated med room Computer experience and comfort navigating technology Passable criminal background checks including motor vehicle driving records Pass pre-employment drug screening and reasonable suspicion testing per Aspire Inc.’s Drug Free Workplace Policy Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling wheelchairs Licenses & Required Testing Valid driver’s license and evidence of insurability upon hire Safe driving record, at least 3 years of driving experience if under 21, insurable under company insurance policies Successfully complete all required agency training within allotted time and recertify annually #J-18808-Ljbffr Aspire
