Assist customers with opening new accounts, processing service requests, and completing credit applications. Educate customers on digital banking tools and technology. Refer customers to appropriate partners for specialized financial needs. Maintain compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and internal banking policies.
