CT Imaging Specialist

Provide advanced CT imaging services to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, supporting the hospital's trauma, stroke, cardiac, and pediatric imaging needs. Ensure high-quality diagnostic results while adhering to safety and procedural standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and invasive CT exams using various GE imaging equipment.
• Administer contrast agents and venipuncture procedures according to protocol.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate imaging studies.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Prepare and operate advanced CT equipment, including GE Optima, GE EVO, and GE Revolution.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately within the EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (R) certification in Radiologic Technology.
• Possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in CT imaging.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of CT diagnostic and invasive procedures.
• Exhibit excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently as needed.
• Ability to work a 13-week assignment, with flexibility for weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Knowledge of GE imaging systems and Cerner Rad Net EMR preferred.
