Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Competitive compensation of $45–$52 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on bonuses up to $10,000 for full‑time positions and $5,000 for part‑time positions. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take and process x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and other related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess patients’ dental conditions, review medical histories, and maintain accurate records. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting. Take and save x‑rays in patient charts, when necessary. Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. Certified CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
