Internet Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and hands-on Internet Marketing Manager to lead the company’s digital marketing initiatives. The Internet Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across the company’s portfolio of automotive e-commerce websites, with a strong focus on SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content development, social media, online community engagement, and brand reputation. The ideal candidate should be able to develop overall marketing strategies while also managing day-to-day execution, coordinating with internal teams, and providing direction to supporting marketing staff. Responsibilities Develop and implement the company’s overall digital marketing strategy based on business objectives and budget. Lead SEO and GEO initiatives to improve website visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, and brand presence across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. Conduct market, keyword, competitor, and industry research to identify marketing and growth opportunities. Develop, review, and optimize content for company websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, and other marketing channels. Build and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. Maintain and promote the company’s presence on online automotive forums and communities, with a primary focus on Reddit. Monitor and manage customer reviews and brand reputation across third-party platforms, including responding to reviews and coordinating the resolution of customer concerns when appropriate. Coordinate with content, IT, customer service, and other internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and improve the online customer experience. Manage marketing projects and provide direction to marketing specialists, coordinators, or other supporting team members. Monitor industry trends, search-engine updates, AI search developments, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities. Support additional marketing and business development projects as needed. Key Skills Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, GEO, content marketing, social media, and online reputation management. Experience managing online communities and forums, particularly Reddit. Knowledge of web analytics, keyword research, competitor analysis, and marketing performance measurement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, review, and optimize marketing content. Strong project-management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to analyze marketing data and translate findings into practical strategies and action plans. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with different departments and guide supporting team members. Strategic mindset with the ability and willingness to handle hands-on execution. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, e-commerce marketing, or a related field. Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies for websites or e-commerce businesses. Familiarity with GEO, AI-powered search platforms, and emerging search-marketing practices is preferred. Experience managing social media accounts, online forums, online communities, or customer review platforms. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, social media analytics, and other marketing reporting platforms. Experience coordinating marketing projects or providing direction to junior marketing staff is preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online customer behavior, and conversion strategies. Experience in the automotive, automotive aftermarket, OEM parts, or related e-commerce industry. Strong English writing and editing skills are required.
