Regional CDL A Driver - Home Weekends, Training & Benefits

Beast Mode Truckin seeks dependable Class A CDL drivers for regional routes across OH, MI, KY, IN, and IL operating 53' dry van trailers. This position provides predictable weekend home time, structured training, competitive pay, and benefits.Compensation & benefits: $1,000–$1,500 per week (dependent on miles/pay tier); trainee pay $650+ (typical 4–6 weeks). Per-mile $0.56–$0.64; $15 stop pay; $40 load pay; monthly performance bonus up to $0.06/mi. Benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off.Job details: 53' dry van; 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload. Typical pattern: depart Monday, return Saturday morning with minimum 34‑hour reset. Average weekly mileage ~1,500–1,800. Day or night driving as required. Structured OTR training and on-road mentoring provided.Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL; age 21+; graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours). Fair driving record (no major accidents, major violations, suspensions, or DUIs within past 5 years). Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons. Generally stable work history preferred. Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens. Certain criminal convictions reviewed case-by-case.Position suitable for recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers.
