Magnolia Companies is seeking a Residential HVAC Install Field Supervisor to support and lead our Residential Services Division. This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of installation operations, with a strong focus on implementing and maintaining the Nexstar Service System. The ideal candidate will lead by example, performing at a high level as a technician while also developing, coaching, and mentoring HVAC Install Technicians and apprentices. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, quality workmanship, and strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Perform HVAC installation duties in the field while serving as a working supervisor. Train, coach, and mentor HVAC Install Technicians and apprentices. Lead by example to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations. Implement and maintain the Nexstar Service System in field operations. Support technicians in planning, coordinating, and executing installation jobs. Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job. Monitor and review payroll, productivity, and prior-day performance metrics. Conduct field coaching through hands-on observation and performance feedback. Organize and direct field operations to meet company goals and objectives. Assist in developing and maintaining ongoing training programs for team members. Requirements 5–10 years of HVAC installation field experience. 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Journeyman HVAC License required. Journeyman Gas Fitter License required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze performance and provide constructive coaching. Intermediate administrative and reporting skills.
