Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role Overview: Provides expert nursing care in a high-acuity Emergency Department, supporting patient safety and outcomes through direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, prioritizes evidence-based practice, and models proficiency by precepting new staff. Maintains competency with specialized certifications and clinical education support. Responsibilities Delivering emergency care up to Level 1 trauma standards. Supporting clinical education and competency validation. Ensuring safety and quality at the point of care. Utilizing advanced nursing skills in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board. Current RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Certifications: TNCC or ATCN (within 1 year), BLS, ACLS, PALS, Trauma Nurse Core Course. Demonstrates proficiency in emergency nursing care and teamwork.
