How you Will Make a Difference Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need to Make a Difference Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence. Hold current/active CPR certification. Exhibit strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity. Demonstrate technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
