Store Leader, Retail Ops & Community Impact

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead operations at a Goodyear location. You will manage payroll and expenses, drive donations, and coach a team to deliver excellent customer service to donors and shoppers. You will oversee production, inventory, and training, ensuring store standards align with company goals and the Goodwill mission.
