TRABAJO DESDE CASA – SE BUSCAN ALCANTARILLADOS INDUSTRIALES EXPERIMENTADOS No se considerarán solicitantes sin experiencia cosiendo materiales de gran resistencia en máquinas de coser industriales. ¡PUESTO NO TOTALMENTE REMOTO! Aunque este es principalmente un puesto de teletrabajo, debes estar ubicado aproximadamente a 20 millas de Wylie, TX (75098) y contar con un transporte fiable. AXL Advanced busca costureros industriales experimentados en casa para producir productos textiles tácticos y de grado militar desde su taller doméstico.
COMPENSACIÓN
Solo por pieza (no por horas) Pagado por unidad completada y aprobada Los costureros ganan el equivalente a 12-15+ dólares por hora, dependiendo de la eficiencia, el nivel de habilidad y la calidad. Las tasas varían según la complejidad del producto Mayor producción = mayores ingresosREQUISITOS DE EQUIPO DE COSTURA
Debes tener experiencia con una máquina de coser industrial con pie de paso capaz de coser materiales gruesos (igual a una JUKI DNU-1541S con posicionador de aguja). Debes comprar, alquilar o alquilar tu propia máquina. La empresa no proporciona una máquina de coser. (Podemos recomendarte varias empresas en Dallas donde puedes comprar, alquilar o alquilar una máquina de coser.)LO QUE OFRECEMOS

Recoge órdenes de trabajo y materiales. Visita nuestra tienda aproximadamente cada 1 o 2 semanas. Ensamblar componentes textiles en productos terminados. Mantener una calidad de producción constante. Cumplir con los plazos de producción y entregar órdenes de trabajo completadas. Realizar inspecciones de productos y control de calidad. Identifica los defectos de costura y corrige los problemas. Realiza el mantenimiento básico diario de la máquina. Mantén una comunicación profesional respecto a los calendarios de producción.EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA

Creación de patrones, modificación de patrones, dibujo CAD de patrones, etc. Experiencia en trabajo del cuero. Familiaridad con materiales compuestos.
