RN - CCU

CVICU Registered Nurse

Located between Denver and Grand Junction, CO along the I-70 Corridor

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shift (1900 - 0730) including weekend rotation; must agree to be in the call rotation.

We are seeking experienced CVICU Registered Nurses who are also willing to cover the CCU. The facility has two Cath Labs, including a Hybrid Cath Lab. This role requires Day 0 CVICU experience to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the CVICU and CCU.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient treatment plans.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Strong CVICU skills with Day 0 CVICU experience required.
• Valid Colorado RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN Critical Care experience is required.
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions.

Newly remodeled studio and small 1-bedroom apartments are available within a 1/2 block from the hospital. Rates are:

• $1790/month for a studio (includes Wi-Fi and utilities)
• $1980/month for a 1-bedroom (includes Wi-Fi and utilities)
