Responsibilities include:

Customer interaction
Register maintenance
Daily store maintenance
Handling payments and receipts
Issuing tickets to guests
Working in coordination with the ropes crew
catching participants that jumped off the quick flight
becoming well knowledged in all RCI terminology
Instantly taking care of customers that need help. This includes the gate
