Automotive Sales Consultant

Central Chevrolet has been family-owned and operated since 1966. Now in our third generation, we're a single-point store where people build careers, not just fill seats — our sales management and F&I team alone have 150+ combined years here. We're looking for a Sales Consultant who wants that same kind of home: a well-run store with organized inventory, a BDC that helps you drum up business, and a team that's stuck together for decades. Success in this role looks like building lasting customer relationships, hitting sales goals consistently, and becoming part of a team people don't want to leave. Responsibilities - Build and maintain lasting customer relationships throughout the buying journey - Demonstrate strong product knowledge across new Chevrolet and pre-owned inventory - Guide customers through financing and purchase options with transparency - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction - Contribute to overall dealership sales goals Qualifications - At least 1 year of sales experience (automotive experience a plus, not required) - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - A valid driver's license with a clean driving record - A genuine interest in the Chevrolet brand and automotive industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
