Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and align a decentralized team of shared specialists, including legal, compliance, design, marketing, and engineering resources. Capital Allocation: Manage the studio budget and deployment pipelines with cold, calculated efficiency, determining exactly where to double down and where to conserve resources.
