Data Entry Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with financial data? We're seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support an accounting team with invoice processing, reconciliations, and timesheet data entry. What You'll Do Review vendor invoices and extract key information. Accurately enter invoice details into labor upload templates. Process and enter: Voucher Numbers Transaction Dates Project Coding Labor Hours Expenses Reconcile invoice totals against system-generated totals. Investigate and document discrepancies. Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation. Follow established procedures and quality standards. What We're Looking For Previous experience in Data Entry, Accounting Support, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, or Invoice Processing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of invoices and financial documents. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
