Paralegal Appeals Analyst

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Appeals Analyst will review and process appeals related to reduced time entries, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines while working remotely. Key responsibilities Independently review invoice reductions and prepare appeal response recommendations in compliance with billing guidelines Determine priorities and manage deadlines while communicating regularly with the appeals team Identify areas for improvement in the appeal process and update training and workflow based on feedback Required qualifications Paralegal certification preferred Six or more years of paralegal or legal billing experience, preferably in labor/employment litigation Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with Document Management Systems and billing systems
