Warehouse Supervisor

Regulatory & Compliance Management

Ensure all cargo screening procedures meet TSA, Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF), and internal compliance standards.

Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety risks, maintenance requirements, and

operational inefficiencies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Evaluate compliance risks and determine appropriate corrective actions to maintain regulatory

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse, logistics, freight, or air-cargo operations; leadership

experience required.

Current experience of TSA , Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) , OSHA , and warehouse safety regulations and compliance standards.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and operational

reporting tools.

Ability to obtain forklift certification; training provided by the company.
