Build a partnership that turns cloud strategy into business growth. Cadreforce is recruiting for a global technology services and consulting client seeking an AWS Alliances Director to lead joint planning, partner engagement and execution across North America.

What you will do

• Develop and execute joint business plans, go-to-market strategies and partnership priorities with AWS and internal sales and industry teams.
• Build engagement with AWS field, partner, industry and technology stakeholders to identify and advance joint opportunities.
• Track pipeline, business metrics and growth outcomes; maintain accurate partner and Salesforce records.
• Manage partner funding discussions and strategic collaboration initiatives.
• Coordinate executive briefings, workshops, enablement sessions and participation in AWS events.
• Lead governance, quarterly reviews and follow-through across sales, delivery, marketing and leadership teams.

What you bring

• 13+ years in enterprise technology services, cloud sales, alliance/partnership management or transformation leadership.
• Demonstrated hyperscaler-led growth and experience managing strategic partnerships, joint business planning, partner programs and go-to-market execution.
• Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, with the ability to communicate business value to executives.
• Sales/customer-facing experience, strong stakeholder management and disciplined execution across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of AWS partner programs, funding, business metrics and the partner/independent -software-vendor ecosystem.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner and AI/ML certification background, as specified in the source requirements.
• Ability to work on-site in Edison, New Jersey, with flexibility for stakeholder time zones, workload peaks and US travel.

Preferred background

• Experience leading hyperscaler relationships within a global systems integrator or working with integrators from a hyperscaler consulting environment.
• Familiarity with AWS co-sell motions and the ability to combine strategy with hands-on deal execution.
• Prior infrastructure, software or cloud partner-relationship responsibility.

Location and compensation

Full-time. On-site in Edison, New Jersey. US travel may be needed around once a month or according to AWS events, workshops and client briefings.

Annual salary: $168,300–$198,000 USD.

A 15% bonus is identified in the recruiter's role brief; detailed eligibility and terms will be discussed during the process.
